1½ lbs. Ground Beef
1 cup Bread Crumbs
½ cup Grated Cheese
2 eggs
½ tsp.salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. Garlic salt
a little water to soften mixture
1 medium chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly and form into meatballs. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet and brown in a 450º oven for about 20 minutes. Put in sauce and let simmer for at least 2 hours.

This recipe originated with grandma Jan's mom. Perhaps she got it from her mom...... I remember coming home from school and smelling grandmas sauce! There was nothing like it!
