3 cups sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup water
flavoring and coloring
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sugar, water and corn syrup in a saucepan. Cook without stirring to 300º on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and while stirring gently add coloring and desired flavor. Pour out on buttered cookie sheet and let set until completely cooled. Crack pieces and cover in confectioners sugar. Store in a dry airtight container.
