3 eggs beaten
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. white sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 squares melted baking chocolate
1 pkg. chocolate chips, optional

Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs, oil, vanilla, sugars, zucchini and melted chocolate. In separate bowl combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and soda. Slowly combine flour mixture and zucchini mixture together. Once combined, stir in nuts and chips if desired. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans and bake for 1 hour or until done.
