1 can #2 pineapple chunks (drained- reserve juice)- 2 1/4-2 1/2 cups
2 T cornstarch
1 can #303 diced beets (drain- reserve juice)- 2 cups
1 T vinegar
3/4 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 2 T pineapple juice and cornstarch. Combine beet juice with 1/2 cup pineapple syrup and cornstarch mixture in pan and heat juices stirring constantly until thickened. Add vinegar, salt pineapple chunks and diced beets. Heat through and serve.
