5 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
1 lb Lard
Ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt and flour. Cut lard into pieces and using 2 knives cut lard into dry ingredients. Store mixture in a container until use. When ready to make the dough, have a container of very cold ice water. Take out as much dry ingredient as you need. Add tablespoon by tablespoon of water to the mixture until the dough is at the consistency to roll.
