1 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped
2 15 oz. cans Brooks Chili beans mild
2 15 oz. cans Brooks Chili beans hot
1 can Brooks Chili tomatoes with onions
1 bottle beer
1 tbsp. chili power
1 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. sugar
beef broth (optional)

Jiffy cornbread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and add onions when the meat is almost done, cook until tender
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil for about 30 minutes. Add beef broth depending on how thick you like your chili and continue to cook for an hour or so.
