2 egg yolks
1 c sugar
½ t cinnamon
½ t cloves
1 t butter
2 t vinegar
½ c raisins
½ c chopped pecans
2 egg whites
4 tart shells

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until light in color.
Beat in sugar and spices.
Add melted butter and vinegar. Mix thoroughly.
Add fruit and nuts.
Fold in egg whites.

Pour into shells.

Bake 350º for 35 min.
