6 egg whites
¼ t salt
¾ c sugar

6 beaten yolks
¾ c sugar
1 t lemon juice
½ c pineapple juice

1 ½ c cake flour
1 t baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, sugar and salt.

Beat egg yolks, sugar and fruit juices. Add dry ingredients.
Fold in whites.

Bake at 325º 1 hour.
