Personal Notes:
Grandma Gail swears that the King Arthur Flour is the best one on the market for pie crusts. Any all purpose flour will work if you cannot find it.
I spent a week with Grandma Gail, and each day she would teach me a new pie recipe while supervising my pie crust.
The most important thing I learned from her, was not to be hard on yourself if the crust doesn't look perfect. As it bakes, it will come together.
Practice makes a state fair winner.

Butter or Earth Balance could replace the Crisco.
