1½ cups butter
1¼ cups sugar
2 egg yolks, unbeaten
⅛ tsp salt
3¼ to 3½ cups sifted flour

Directions:
Cream butter, then mix well with sugar. Add the egg yolks, salt, and flour.

Drop from press. Use green or red cherries or almonds to decorate.

Bake in 350º oven for 8-10 minutes
