4 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp
1/2 tsp flavoring
4 C powdered sugar, or more
Food coloring of your choice, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese till smooth and add coloring. Add powdered sugar to form ball. Start with about half the amount of flavoring, then add more to taste. (It will get stronger the longer it sits) Add more powdered sugar and mix till workable. Take small amounts and roll in balls. Roll in white granulated sugar and press into mint molds. Store in air tight container.
