2 Squares Sweetened Chocolate
1/4 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans

Preheat oven to 350º

Lightly grease 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan

Melt chocolate with butter over warm heat.

Mix dry ingredients set aside. In a large bowl at medium speed beat sugar and eggs.

Beat in chocolate mixture and vanilla.

Stir in flour mixture and nuts until well combined.

Spread evenly into pan and bake 25-30 minutes or just until surface is firm to touch.


Rocky Road

Spread batter into 13x9x2 inch pan and bake 20 minutes. Pull out of oven and cover with 1 package6 1/4 ounce marshmallows.

Meanwhile melt 1 package 6 ounce milk chocolates and spoon over marshmallows. Spreading to cover cool completely in pan. Refrigerate just until chocolate is set about 1 hour.
