Ingredients:  
Cream together:
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1 cup butter
* 1 cup creamy peanut butter
* 2 eggs

Sift together:
* 2 tsp. baking powder
* 1 tsp. salt
* 3½ cup flour

Add
* ¼ cup milk
* 2 Tbls. vanilla
* (2 bags chocolate kisses to topping)
Directions:
Directions:
Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes @ 375º
As soon as cookies appear done, remove and place chocolate kiss in the center. Cool and enjoy!!!
