2 heads of cabbage
4 jars of “Bicks” Sauerkrout

Directions:
Directions:
In roasting pan put sauerkraut after it has been drained. Put only enough on the bottom to lay a foundation. Then put smoked ham on top of drained sauerkraut.

Chop onions and fry till soft in oil. Add paprika till nice and red.
In a huge mixing bowl – put ground pork – salt – pepper – fried onion and rice. Mix well.

Take cabbage and de-core each. Boil as head in huge pot of water until the leaves are a little soft and leaves separate. Drain cabbage and let cool till you can work with it.

Take ground pork mixture and make into balls. Put in cabbage leaves and wrap leaf around ball. Repeat till all is done.

When the cabbage rolls are done put close together to fit as many as possible. When the pot is full – cover with rest of sauerkraut. Fill pan with water so that it covers everything.

Put in oven at 350F for 1 - 2 hours. Check and make sure that there is water to the top level during cooking. Should be done.
