½ cup shortening (I use coconut oil)
½ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup bread flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup grated coconut
½ gumdrops (chopped if they are large)

Directions:

Preheat over to 350º
Cream shortening (or coconut oil) & sugars
add egg
Beat well, add other ingredients and mix well.
Drop on greased cookie sheet
Bake for 10 mintes at 350º
