2 cups (4 sticks) Margarine, softened
¾ cup Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
¾ cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Water
2 medium Eggs
4 cups Flour, sifted
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
2 cups Raisins
1 (12 oz.) bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Cream margarine and sugars. Add vanilla, water and eggs; beat until creamy and thoroughly blended.

Sift together flour, salt and baking soda; stir into creamed mixture by hand, mix thoroughly. Fold in raisins and chocolate chips.

Drop by measured teaspoon, onto cookie sheet, allow 1-1½ inches between cookies for spreading. Bake at 375º for 10 minutes or until cookies are nicely brown.
