2 lb. ground beef
1 cup rice
2 pkgs frozen broccoli
2 small jars mushrooms
3 pkg. Velveta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rica and broccoli. Brown ground beef. Drain each one and combine with mushrooms in a casserole dish. Melt cheese and pour over casserole. cook in oven at 450 degrees until heated.
