1 lb hamburger
1 lg tomato sauce
1 small tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 pkg pasta
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
12 scallion chopped
Directions:
Directions:
cook pasta
cook hamburger, drain
heat in pan tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and pepper, sugar
add hamburger to mixture, turn off heat
add cream cheese, sour cream and scallions
in baking pan Layer pasta, sour cream mixture, hamburger mixture
top with cheese
repeat for second and third layers

Heat 40 minutes at 350 or until bubbly
serves 4

great with salad and rolls
great to freeze and reheat too!
