3 lb. fryer (1 qt?)
8 oz. pkg. pepperidge farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of celery soup
4 oz. sour cream
2 c. chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and debone, toss stuffing with the melted butter, season with salt & onion. Put half of the stuffing mix in a 9x13 pan, put on layer of chicken. Pour 1 c. chicken broth over this, mix soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Cover with remaining stuffing. Last pour 1 more cup of broth over all. Bake at 375' for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
