2 cans black-eyed peas
11/2 cups chopped pepper
11/2 cups chopped onions
1 can Reg. Tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 lb. ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meatwith pepper and onions and drain. Add both cans blakd-eyed peas liquid and all.
Add tomatoes and rotel. Simmer for 30 minutes.
