2 - 12 oz cans Green Gian Mexicorn, drained
1 - 5 oz pkg Mahatma Saffron yellow rice
1 - stick butter or margarine
1 - can cream of celery soup ( or any cream soup)
1 - cup grated colby or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to the package directions. Add butter/margarine and stir until melted.

Add corn, soup and cheese.

Mix and pour into casserole dish.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Note: Mom sprayed the pan with Pam before pouring into dish.

This is an all time favorite for our family! Once Mom tried out this recipe once, we all fell in love with it. It's not Thanksgiving without it.
