5 slices chopped bacon
1 small chopped onion
2-3 slices bread
Milk
Flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Fry 5 slices chopped bacon and one small chopped onion. Crumble 2-3 slices bread into frying pan; add milk to make moist. In 9 by 13 inch pan layer aluminum foil and line up string to place the flank steak on top of. Put stuffing on steak and roll, tying with string (toothpicks can also be used). Add ½ cup water, seal foil tightly and bake at 375° for 1 hour, then at 350° for the last 30 minutes.
