1-2/3 cup of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 15oz. can of pumpkin
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Frosting

Ingredients:
3 oz. cream cheese
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
¼ cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp. milk

Instructions:
In mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin. In separate bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and mix well. Pour into ungreased 15” x 10” x 1” baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.

Frosting
Instructions:
Put cream cheese and butter or margarine out earlier to soften. Beat cream cheese, butter or margarine, confectioner’s sugar, and vanilla in mixing bowl. Add enough milk to get desired spreading consistency. Spread on cooled cake.
