1 stick butter
2 c sugar
½ c milk
4 T cocoa
3 c oats
1 c peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and cocoa in bowl.
2. Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat.
3. Add milk and sugar mixture to melted butter.
4. Stir frequently until mixture comes to a boil.
5. Boil 1 minute.
6. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.
7. Pour over oatmeal and stir until completely mixed.
8. Scoop spoonfuls on wax paper and let cool.
