1 C. flour
1 C. milk
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl,mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar. Pour in the milk, egg and mix until smooth.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
