Directions:PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350 DEGREES AFTER REMOVING THE DOUGH FROM THE FRIG IF USING A CONVECTION OVEN BAKE AT 345 CREAM BUTTER AND SUGARS THEN ADD EGGS IN ASEPARATE BOWL COMBINE DRY INGRDIENTS FLOUR SEA SALT BAKING SODA BAKING POWDER SLOWLY ADD THE DRY INGREDIENTS TO THE BUTTER MIXTURE AND MIX WELL UNTIL ALL DRY INGRIEDIENTS ARE INCORPORATED SLOWLY ADD 1 PACKAGE OF CHOCOLATE CHUNKS AND SLOLY MIX TO COMBINE COVER THE BOWL TIGHTLY AND REFRIGERATE TIGHTLY FOR 24 HOURS BUT FOR NO LONGER THAN 36 HOURS THIS RECIPE MAKES 24 COOKIES TAKE THE DOUGH OUT OF THE FRIG AND SCOOP ONTO A COLD COOKIE SHEET UNGREASED ONCE SCOOPED, SPRINKLE EACH COOKIE WITH MALDON SALT BAKE AT 350 DEGREES OR 345 IF CONVECTION FOR 10 MINUTES. THE COOKIES SHOULD BE BROWN ON THE EDGES ANDSOFT IN THE CENTER. 11.AFTER REMOVING FROM THE OVEN, ALLOW THE COOKIE TO SIT ON THE COOOKIE SHEET 1 MINUTE BEFORE TRANSFERRING TO THE COOLING RACK SHARE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY |
