4 Eggs 1 2/3 C. Sugar 1 C. Oil 1 16oz. can Pumpkin Beat until fluffy.
Stir together: 2 C. Flour 2 tsp. Baking Powder 1 tsp. Cinnamon 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Baking Soda
Beat dry ingredients with egg mixture. Spread on ungreased cookie sheet 13 x 10 x 1. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. You can add chopped walnuts or raisins. Icing: 1/2 C. Soft Butter 1 3oz. package soft Cream Cheese 2 C. Powdered Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla Beat together. Spread over pumpkin squares. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
