Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1. 3 to 4 medium sized peaches, or apples, cored, peeled and sliced. You can
add blueberries or any other fruit. I always add extra fruit.
2. 1 cup flour
3. 1/2 cup sugar
4. 1 egg or 1/4 cup egg substitute
5. 3 TBS margarine or butter
6. 1 TBS sugar and cinnamon mixture. I just mix the two together.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine flour, sugar and egg. Mix well.
3. Line a 12 x 9 glass baking dish with the sliced fruit. Spoon the flour
mixture over the fruit and drizzle with melted butter or margarine.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
5. Bake for 30 m- 35 minutes or until topping is browned.

When putting the flour mixture on top of the fruit, it is helpful to use a little water to spread it.
