1 1/2 c. egg noodles
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 can tuna, drained
1 c. grated cheese (She used Velveeta or American)
1/3 c. chopped fine onion
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
paprika
can of mushrooms (opt. as Grandma hated them)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 435º. Heat water to boiling and cook the noodles. Drain and pour into an oven casserole dish. Mix the soup and milk in a bowl until combined and smooth. Add the onions and tuna fish. Mix in gently with the noodles and top with paprika and then potato chips. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly.

Grandma hated mushrooms so wouldn't use the standard mushroom soup mix I had grown up using in this casserole. I actually prefer this recipe but just adding mushroom slices to it.
