3 cups brown sugar
1 cup hot water
4 egg whites (beaten well)
2 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar and water until soft ball stage (or until a drop in cold water forms a soft ball). Remove from heat and add vinegar. Beat until cool. Once cooled, fold egg whites in. Usa a tablespoon and spoon out on wax paper. Let cool before serving.
