Ingredients:  
1. 12 large mushrooms (white)
2. 1 medium yellow onion
3. Parsley (to match the amount of onion)
4. 1 finely chopped anchovy (or anchovy paste)
5. ½ teaspoon garlic powder or teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
6. 2 tablespoons sherry
7. ¼ cup melted butter
8. ¼ cup flour
9. Small amount of cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine
2. Sauté stems in butter with equal amounts of onion and parsley
3. Add garlic
4. Add anchovy and 2 tablespoons sherry
5. Make a white sauce with butter, flour and a little cream and stir into mushroom mixture until desired consistency (thickened)-you may not use all white sauce
6. Stuff mushroom caps and bake at 350º until golden
