4 c. yellow cornmeal mix
2 c. sugar
2 c. canola oil
8 eggs, beaten
32 oz. sour cream
2 cans creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and place in a large, greased baking dish. Bake at 350' for 50 minutes. Check center with toothpick for doneness. *Start checking at 40 minutes to make sure it doesn't overcook.

This recipe can be cut down if needed.
