1 c Quick Cooking Oats
1 c sugar
3 TB flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg (beaten)
1 stick butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, mix remaining ingredients together except for butter and add to dry mixture. Then add melted butter and mix well. Refrigerate overnight or minimum of 5 to 6 hours. Layer cookie sheet with aluminum foil, Make dough into marble size balls. Put 3 in each row (total 12 on one pan). Press each ball lightly to remove roundness, but not totally flat. Bake at 325º for 10-12 minutes. Let cool. Cookie should pull away from foil when sufficiently cooled.
