1/2 C butter Note: May refrigerate dough before rolling. It may
make rolling easier. May roll with powder sugar.
1 C sugar

1 egg

3 C sifted flour

1/2 teas salt

3 teas baking powder

1/2 C milk

1 teas vanilla

Directions:
Beat together butter, sugar and egg. Add flour, salt, baking powder, vanilla and milk.

ROLL and CUT dough into shapes. BAKE at 370šs for approximately 12-15

minutes on a greased cookie sheet. (Watch cookies in oven so they do not over

cook.)
