5 large eggs
½ c. milk
3 c. O’Brien hash browns, thawed
1/3 c. green onions
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp hot pepper sauce
1½ c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 c. real bacon bits, (not Bacos)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk together. Stir in potatoes, onions, salt and pepper sauce. Stir in 1 c. of the cheese and half of the bacon. Pour into greased 9” pie plate. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350º until center is set. Sprinkle remaining bacon and ½ c. cheese over top. Continue baking for 3-4 minutes.
