* 3 Tbls. water (ice cold)
* 1 egg
* dash of salt

* all ingredients half to be cold for a flaky curst
* after you have mixed together divide and wrap in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator the colder you can chill this dough before baking the flakier the crust.
