½ c. cooking oil
½ c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. maple syrup
¾ c. maple sugar or brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. saltl
1 tsp. cinnamon
2½ c, flour
5 c. oatmeal
2 c. of raisins or craisins and/or chocolate chips or M&M's

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º
Lightly grease a cookie sheet

In a large mixer bowl, beat together the oil, butter, maple syrup and maple sugar.
Add the vanilla and eggs and mix thoroghly.
While mixer is running, add the baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Continue beating on low speed, while adding the flour and oatmeal.
Fold in your choice of raisins, craisins, chocolate chips and or M&M's
Spoon 1 tbls. balls onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
