1 c. butter or oleo
2 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1½ c. flour
1 c. pecans
1 large jar marshmallow cream


Frosting

8 oz. pkg. powdered sugar
¼ c. butter or oleo
¼ c. carnation milk
¼ c. cocoa
½ tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix. Add flour and pecans. Beat well. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 30-40 mins. at 350º. Spread marshmallow cream over top while still warm. Cool. Frost.
