"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• Vegetable Oil
• 1 can of biscuits (non flaky kind)
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 1/2 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour 2-3 inches of oil into a large skillet and heat it on the stove over medium heat.
2. Open the rolls and separate them all.
3. With a soda bottle top, or something of equal size, make holes in the middle of the roll, save the middle for mini doughnut holes if you like. Or you can pull donut until a hole is made in the center.
4. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar.
5. Once oil is ready (splash a small drop of water into the pot, if it makes a crackling pop sound, your oil is ready), place the doughnuts in the oil.
6. Cook for about 90 seconds on each side, until golden brown.
7. Remove them from the oil and place them on a wire rack to cool for about a minute.
8. Once cool enough to handle dip both sides in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
9. Then place back on wire cooling rack until they're ready to serve.
10. Repeat until all dough is used.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can dip donuts in cinnamon-sugar mixture, or just sugar, or you can make a glaze with powdered sugar, a little milk and almond or vanilla extract.
