2 packages Dry Bread stuffing mix
2 packages of Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 Italian sausage
2 cups yellow onion
2 cups of celery
2 cans of black olives
1 pack of sliced fresh mushrooms( you can use canned mushrooms)
2 cans of chicken or turkey broth
2½sticks of butter (butter makes it better)
salt ,season salt
pepper
onion salt.

Directions:
Place the dry bread mix in large bowl. This mix should come with a seasoning that you
put on the bread if it doesn't use 2T of poultry seasoning and mix into the dry bread.
Put 2 pats of butter into frying pan and add celery ,onions and mushrooms ,salt, pepper and onion salt . Cook until softened on medium heat.
Remove from pan and place in bowl with the stuffing mix.
Take all the sausage and place in frying pan and add season salt .Cook on medium heat until cooked.
Drain then add into bowl with stuffing mix . Chop your olives and add to mix.
Mix everything together in bowl
Take your broth and 4 sticks of butter and put into sauce pan warming till butter is melted.
Take stuffing mix and place into a medium foiled pan and carefully pour half the broth into mixture .With your clean hands mix everything together. If it feels dry add more broth. All the bread should feel soft not mushy. Place pats of butter on top . Cover with foil . Place in preheated 350ºoven for 45min.

My Mom used to take the giblets and liver from the turkey put them in a saucepan with water and boil them till cooked . Then she would cut them up and sneak them into the stuffing . I changed the recipe since i never liked them. When I started cooking Thanksgiving she ended liking the sausage better.
