1 c. softened butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp hot water
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
12 oz package of semi a sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and beat. Add vanilla and water, flour, salt and soda. Mix thoroughly. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by well rounded half teaspoonfulls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 375°.
