Chicken pieces
Montreal Chicken Seasoning
1 can whole plum tomatoes
2 cans fire roasted tomatoes
red pepper
1/2 T minced garlic
1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup Vodka
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper
basil to taste
sundried tomatoes
Parmesan & Romano Cheese
bow tie pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Lightly flour chicken with salt, pepper and Montreal seasoning. Brown in olive oil.
Saute in saucepan tomatoes, red pepper, garlic, onion and butter for 10 minutes, then let simmer or sit.
For Vodka sauce, simmer together heavy cream, vodka, salt & pepper for 15 minutes.
To cooked pasta in deep dish pan, add Parmesan and Romano cheese, chicken, vodka sauce, sundried tomatoes and basil. Combine and serve
