2 bunches of either curly or flat kale, chopped
1 can pinto beans (16 oz)
1 can tomato sauce
Salt
4 lbs of potatoes (or as much as you would like), quartered or chopped
14 cups of water
2 tbsp olive oil (or lard is the old fashion way)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stock pot, place water, tomato sauce, potatoes, kale, salt to taste.

Cook on medium high until potatoes are soft and kale is cooked down.

Serve and eat while hot. Best with sourdough bread!
