Ingredients:  
2 cans marinated artichoke hears
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese (1 1/2 C)
4 eggs beaten
2-3 garlic cloves crushed
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 C breadcrumbs (regular or Italian)
dash of pepper, oregano, parsley
3-4 drops of Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Drain 1 jar of the artichoke hearts and use the other to saute the onions and garlic.
Drain on paper towel
Chop artichoke hearts and add the beaten eggs
Add breadcrumbs, cheese and remaining spices
Put into greased 8x8 pan
Bake at 325F for 30 minutes
Let cool a little and cut into squares
