2 boxes of Vanilla Wafter cookies, broken by hand into tiny pieces
2 cans Eagle brand condensed milk
2 cups finely chopped walnuts
2 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup of Rum
Powdered Sugar (for rolling out balls), as needed.

Directions:
Directions:
Put broken up cookies into a bowl. Add coconut and walnuts, mix up.

In separate bowl, add condensed milk and run. Stir up until all mixed. Then add to cookies mixture.

Once all mixed, cover and put into fridge. Chill overnight.

Next day, take scoops of tablespoons of the mixture. Roll in a bowl with powder sugar to form balls. Balls should be about an inch round each. Use enough powdered sugar to cover the rolls. Put powdered sugar on hands to make it easier. Place each ball into a tin with wax paper to separate layers. Good for one week.
