1 TBS Italian dressing
2 TBS tomato sauce
1 cup beef bouillon
2 TBS tapioca
Stew Beef, about 1 pound
3 or 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut up in chunks
5 or 6 carrots, or a small pack of peeled baby carrots
1 large onion
2 stalks celery

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate lean stew beef in 1 Tablespoon Italian dressing.
Place into a heavy Dutch Oven (or large covered baking dish…I used Corning Ware) Peel and cut up potatoes, carrots, onions, celery.
Add salt and pepper, 2 TBS tomato sauce, 1 cup beef bouillon, 2 TBS tapioca.
Cover tight.
Bake at 275° for about 3 hours. (Nana Barry had to figure this out)
