2 lbs. ground beef
Salt and Pepper
1 can refried beans
Oil
Flour tortillas

Toppings: grated cheese, sour cream, salsa, avocado

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and season with salt and pepper to taste
Once meat is fully cooked add in refried beans and mix well
Spoon meat mixture in tortilla and fold in half
In skillet heat oil and bein frying shells till crisp on each side.
Set cooked tortillas on a cookie sheet and place in oven at 350 for 10-5 minutes.
Remove and add your favorite toppings.
