3 T butter
2½ C macaroni
8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded
1 Qt milk

Directions:
Melt butter in 8x8 dish and then add macaroni, stirring to cover the macaroni. Toss with cheese, season with salt and pepper and add milk. DO NOT stir after adding milk. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
