2/3 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
2/3 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and mix. Combine dry ingredients a separate bowl, add to the butter mixture in several additions. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips. Drop by tsp. onto cookie sheet, bake in a 375º oven 10-12 minutes until golden.

I'm not sure where I got this recipe, it's a different take on chocolate chip cookies. Very good.
