Sauce:
2 pounds pork ribs (country style is easiest)
1 pound pepperoni (I don't always include this)
2 large cans tomato puree and 1 large can whole tomatoes (like 28 oz)
3 small cans tomato paste (like 6 oz)
Large onion
1 tsp each of: oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, onion salt, celery salt, dried parsley, red pepper flakes
Pinch of baking soda and sugar

Meatballs:
1 tsp each of: oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, onion salt, celery salt, dried parsley, red pepper flakes
3 pounds ground beef
3 slices bread or equivalent bread crumbs
3 eggs

Italian sausage links if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ribs with chopped onion
Remove any bones
Add remaining sauce ingredients and 2 large cans of water
Simmer 2 hours (min)

Make meatballs mixing all ingredients listed. Form into balls and bake in oven at about 400º. You can fully bake or let them finish cooking in the sauce but this requires a very big pot,

Cook off the sausage links and add them to the sauce or keep on the side
